When I bought my product of a Phone press, I was very impressed with it but problems arose as soon as I got the press I couldn’t download the software from Loklik apparently if you’ve got an apple email The confirmation code and that stops you from downloading anyway I did it with my NHS one and it went through straight away and I was able to download the software I spoke to LOKLiK a number of times, but they really didn’t understand what I was trying to tell them spoke to HTVront and didn’t really get much response from them because they were both referring me back in 2 to each other companies anyway I sorted it out myself and realised that they didn’t get through to Apple email so I changed it now got the software and it’s absolutely amazing. The heat press works perfectly every time you just have to follow the instructions if you don’t follow the instructions and put the right size template into the phone cover it doesn’t work. I tried various different ways. It won’t work. You just need to stick to the plan very very happy with the overall usability of this all my presses I have bought from HTVront and very pleased with them got good support from Customer Services. Any problems they’re there to help. I would definitely buy another product from them in the future if needed five stars from me.
