As a new customer, I made two new orders from this company.

Trusty pet supplies informed me that there was a delivery problem with the first new order. The matter was quickly and amicably resolved by contacting the new orders number at the bottom of trusty pet supplies webpage


Unfortunately, my experience with the second new order was entirely different. This time I was told by those at the trusty pet supplies new orders telephone number that I had to use their help email.

Trust pet supplies web page stated that my second new order was completed whilst several days later the courier continued to inform me that they had not received the package. Email to help trusty pet supplies and they agreed that the package was lost. They stated that a replacement package would be sent from my delivery the following day
However, nothing arrived …. trusty pet supplies were immediately contacted… no replies received over the next 48 hours and then suddenly a package arrived from trusty pet supplies

However, I ordered 11.4 kg of dog food and only 6 kg of dog food had been sent . The enclosed delivery note included a handwritten “6kg to follow”

I had not received my paid for order 10 days (and counting) after trusty pet supplies stated that my order had been completed
On advice, help trusty pet supplies were emailed to immediately provide me with a tracking number for the remainder of my order and a commitment to delivery date.

There has been no response, let alone immediate.

Delivery problems with online purchases are not unexpected but the way that trusty pet supplies latterly dealt with problems from a customer view was unacceptable
