Brilliant service from Cycle King Stony Stratford. I needed an independent inspection note for a dispute and they were incredibly helpful — inspected my Fiido X and confirmed on a test ride that the motor assist was cutting out around 9–10 mph. They didn’t charge me for the inspection/email, just asked me to leave an honest review. Proper, professional bike shop with great people. Would 100% use again.
