Ordered a top

Ordered a top. No communication about its whereabouts was given so after two weeks I finally emailed them and they said that it would be sent. Sorry for the delay. I waited another week still no tracking number arrived so I inquired again and received an email letting me know that they were out of stock and that I could choose something different. I wrote to them and requested a refund right away and then suddenly within a couple of hours, I received an email stating that the product was sent and given a tracking number and that it would be to me in about 11 days. Really not a good experience with this company and I would never deal with them again.
