ACHTUNG ABO!!
Ich habe 200 Einladungskarten mit dem QR Code bedruckt... diese sind natürlich alle bei den Gästen längst angekommen... jetzt nach 10 Scans, bekomme ich die Benachrichtigung dass man nach dem Scannen nicht mehr weitergeleitet wird und man verlangt den Abschluss eines Abos (72€)... ich bin fassungslos, wütend und enttäuscht von mir selber nicht genau hingeguckt zu haben, es gibt unzählige Kostenlose alternativen, ich werde mit meinem Vater (Rechtsanwalt) prüfen in wie fern man hier Schadensersatz Ansprüche stellen kann, ich hätte diesen Verein niemals genommen selbst wenn es 1€ kosten würde!

We’re sorry to read this and understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when the QR code has already been printed on 200 invitation cards.
All of our QR codes are dynamic, which means they run through our infrastructure and can be edited, tracked, and kept live. Because of the hosting, security, and maintenance involved, they require an active subscription after the trial period. They are not static free QR codes.
That said, our intention is never to cause problems for anyone, especially not in situations like this. We would really appreciate the opportunity to explain this properly and see how we can find a solution together so your cards can continue to be used.
