Took my car in for a recall, spoke to Andy on reception as I booked in. I didn't realise the time I booked was a check in time not the actual appointment time.
I said I would have to be kicking my heels there as I live 15 miles away, he said he would try and get it in asap in that case. 2 hours later it was all done, great service thank you.
