Initially, you contacted us because you expected a 3-pin wall adapter to be included with the bare unit product you ordered. During that call, you confirmed receipt of the 12v in- car adapter, which is the standard equipment supplied with this product. Our team explained that a DeWalt battery charger is an optional accessory and is not included with a "bare unit" tool. As stated in the "What's Included" section of the product listing, batteries and chargers are sold separately. Many customers already have batteries/chargers in their toolkits, so having the option of bare unit machines is a huge benefit. 
After we explained that we could not provide you with a charger free of charge, you decided to place a subsequent order for one via our website and requested free shipping. When we declined this request due to the error not lying with anything we had done on our website, you then claimed the cigarette lighter adapter was missing, which contradicts your initial confirmation of its receipt. Even so, we sent you an extra one out as a gesture of goodwill with your charger order. 
While we understand your frustration that you did not order everything initially, our team clearly explained what is supplied with our products and part numbers, even when you repeatedly accused us of ripping you off, whilst also admitting that you had missed the information on the listing. We strive to provide excellent service, and we take care to include all relevant information on the site, to avoid any confusion. We also believe it is inappropriate and unfair to threaten us with a negative review, just because we would not meet your demands.
