I ordered but missed the delivery as…

I ordered but missed the delivery as the driver used the broken doorbell but didn’t knock. Asked for redelivery and was told that was fine. Waited in but then told items were undeliverable. Contacted and told it likely means they were damaged. Asked for replacements or refund and said they would let me know. Now get an email saying delivered. When they have not been. Not impressed!
