The customer service wasn’t fantastic. The only member of staff on site re was fiddling with his phone. He was surprised to see me then told me that I was late. He had moved my appointment time to 15 mins earlier but not told me. Not a great communicator. There are signs up telling customers that no job should be more than 30 minutes, but his 10 minute phone call was not factored into the appointment
