Hi,
Just drove down (200miles)to discuss/look around site plot 124 as what the appointment should have been all about and told it’s gone by your very unhelpful pair of ladies. We were 15 minutes late but you could expect some leeway wouldn’t you after travelling all that distance for a pre booked appointment to buy one of your houses.
Anyway totally disgusted not even an apology or anything. A complete waste of a couple of days not to mention the hotel expense.

It seems there was a misunderstanding around the reservation process, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear from the outset. While the property you were interested in was no longer available, our Sales Consultant tried to explain the next steps and offered alternatives, including viewing a similar home nearby. We’re sorry this didn’t meet your needs and that you left feeling disappointed.
