A disaster of a store. Stay away!
I placed an order at 1A (also known as K-RAUTA) for a Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 mouse — and I regretted it at every single step.
First, the delivery took almost three weeks, while other stores deliver the same item much faster. That already made me question their service. But it only got worse from there.
When I finally received the package, it turned out they had sent me the wrong mouse — completely different from what I ordered. Mistakes happen, sure. But how they deal with them is on a whole new level of incompetence.
Their customer support is an absolute joke. I sent emails — got replies once a week at best, and only after I personally called them. If I hadn’t kept calling, I’m convinced I would’ve never heard back. Yes, they have a “hotline,” but it seems to only work once a week — if you’re lucky — and even then, it barely helps. Dealing with their support feels like fighting windmills: pointless, exhausting, and completely ineffective.
The result: it’s been over a month, I still haven’t received the correct item, the support team keeps ignoring the issue, and I’m left without the product I paid for and a pile of wasted time and nerves.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
1A / K-RAUTA is by far the worst store I’ve dealt with.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
