Positive:
- Superfast next day free delivery on my order.
- Safe packaging.
- Official Makita dealer.
Negative:
- One of 4 items - 18V battery arrived functional but damaged body. Two defects probably caused by dropping the item. Also multiple scratches. Could not been damaged during shipping because package had plenty of wraps.
- The ToolStore UK site does not tell you when it logs you out. I started browsing the site being logged in. By the time I paid for my order I was loggged out, therefore no history of my order in the account, moreover, no invoice available to extend Makita 3yrs warranty.
- Beware of the prices. For some items you may get a very good deal, other items price is way higher than market average.
