I called the AA with a question regarding cover and the arranged it online; the discussion couldn’t have gone better but navigation of the online application wasn’t as straight forward.
The cost was great especially as I saved money over last year when all I hear from friends is how there’s have rocketed! The biggest gripe was that having got my quote three weeks in advance, payment was taken immediately and not just when the insurance begins. Overall a pretty good experience.
