We saved very very hard For present for my daughter for a handbag and a pair trainers we paid for them and they sent us a different item. I told them and they did nothing about it so I’m left with an item that I never ordered never buy again off Michael Kors. They don’t understand the stress that they’ve put us through. I have enough stress in my life. I am so disgusted
