This is not the first time that I have bought through Trading Shenzhen, so I knew that the delivery of my Meizu 20 pro from China to Germany would be without any problems.
When I had problems with my Meizu after 10 months, I didn't really expect Trading Shenzhen to be able to help me.

I was wrong! The service staff at Trading Shenzhen responded to my inquiry immediately, analyzed the problem together with me in detail and ultimately helped me very obligingly and without hesitation.

Although the problem was caused solely by the product and not by the retailer, Trading Shenzhen responded very quickly and optimally for me as a customer.
