why no boxes
i purchased 3 pairs of shoes at the cost of £137.97 at your store in Clacton factory outlet co154tl when i asked the sales person for the boxes i was told they have none, as i like to store my shoes in boxes i said any boxes will do i was told they can not help me, i find this kind of attitude very poor customer service and not what i expect from Pavers a store i have used for years. I am so sorry to hear that the store was unable to provide boxes for your purchases.
Outlet stores are there to sell clearance items at reduced prices and as such do not always have the original boxes.
We will always provide the boxes wherever possible.
