Cant speak to quality or anything, as I was sent the wrong size shoes. The customer service rep responded really fast and said I could keep the wrong-size pair and they'd ship out a new one pronto, which was awesome. But, then it turned out they were sold out of my actual size, so they issued me an immediate refund. Seemed alright at first, but since there were multiple pairs in my order, I was told they couldn't refund any shipping costs at all (they sent me a discount code instead, only good for full-price items, which I will never use). So now I feel like, not only do I have no new shoes to wear, but I'm out shipping costs as well (international, as I'm in Canada, so it wasn't cheap).
