Follow up from last CareCo review, having now received my riser recliner I can honestly say that the communication for delivery was excellent by the logistics team at every point, chair was delivered and installed by Craig and James who provided an excellent service including old chair removal, very polite and attentive and great timely delivery.The chair the Banwell, is incredibly sturdy, and exceptionally comfortable a first class product ,many thanks to the CareCo team.
