What a totally shambolic experience..

What a totally shambolic experience... After order 3 items found i had to return 2 of them.. which was fine things often do not look the same when you see them in person. I returned the two items as per the directions received. The items were received at Michael Kors on the 19th July, i waited two weeks, as advised this is how long this could take, and still no refund or even an acknowledgement that they had received the returns.... after lots of e-mails to and fro and providing them with evidence 3 times and constantly requesting when i would receive my refund i eventually received it today, 11th August 2022..... They did advise they were having IT issues and even accused me of starting a dispute with Paypal that's why they couldn't refund my money... which was not the case at!!!!!! all this said i think the customer service was very poor really they did not keep me informed and only gave information when i e-mailed wanting to find out what was happening.... they offered 20% off any full price item as a gesture of good will.... fair to say this did not go down well.... just wanted my refund.... will not be ordering anything again after this experience.....very poor lack of communication and no prompt refund...not good.
