The service I received was fantastic. When I placed the order and then received the conformation email. I realised that I had ordered in cm and not inches. I went back on the website and had a message conversation with an assistant. I explained what had happened. They talked me through the process of changing the order from cm to inches. I wish I could remember the woman's name, she was very helpful, and like I have said fantastic. A true asset to the company. Thank you, very much. 🙂
