I’m starting to feel this place won’t…

I’m starting to feel this place won’t give you a clear answer regarding a Quotation. I asked for a quote on the repair of the diagnostics that came up and they wouldn’t give me a quote in writing, I just feel they want to do the work couldn’t give you a massive bill at the end so you have no comeback. I feel I’ve wasted £50 for a diagnostic on nothing. I won’t be recommending Halfords to anyone especially the Harrow branch in London
