After trying Goten for a few months

After trying Goten for a few months, overall there are just too many issues with products and needing to do returns and the aftersales team take a long time to resolve anything. Yes some products are ok, but the rate of which returns or issues happen and the speed which goten deal with it is not great .... It's difficult to see them as a partner for much longer.

Update:

The resistance dial broke on a customer's bike .... I asked goten to send a replacement and had to fight for 3 weeks without getting any proper results. The item has now arrived and they did not even send the correct part. This is extremely embarrassing and I am so soo disappointed and angry by this.
