Good. But.

Good short time turnaround.
I don't understand why when my GP issues a script for 5 items, that echo sends me 2 seperate emails. 1st asking which ones I want of 2.then another the nxt day which of the other 3 that I want?
They do send plenty of reminders about various things. It's sometimes confusing.

Thank you for taking the time out to write a review, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

It sounds like your items have been sent through to us by your GP on multiple prescriptions. This is sometimes necessary if you require more items as electronic prescriptions can only hold up to 4 items. These are then processed on a script by script basis which can result in the split deliveries/emails you have described. We understand that this is not ideal, and have put a new system in place which means as many prescriptions as possible will be sent out together.
