Not as simple as expected.

A bit of a chore trying to get the medications on the list and be able to make one request.
I find it easy to request what I want by phone call to a local number and then GO sends it to Echo.
Disappointed that I was told had to wait 10 days to get one of my tablets. I've been on this quite a while and never had a problem before.

Hi Neville,

Thank you for getting in touch and writing a review.

To simply add medication to your account, Once logged into your account, go to the:

Medications section 💊
Select Add + to start creating or add to your medication list
When you are ready to make a request, you can do this by going to the:

Requests section
Make a request for the medication you require ✅

We always advise our patients to make their requests 5-7 days before their current batch of medication runs out. this gives time for the GP to send the prescription to us and for royal mail to deliver the medication to our patients.

Alternatively, We have no problem with you making your requests through your GP to which they then send us the prescription. We are willing to accommodate the process that is easier for you.

Hope this helps!
