Rueben was most helpful, very polite she told me everything what she was doing & what she was going to do, she was also very patient with me as I was a bit slow due to my arthritis when having to get down to see which lights were on etc, Rueben sorted my problem within minutes I am very happy with the service I received thank you

We had a niggling fault with my wifi signal which was done and sorted quickly and easily with the help from Dan R. And the engineer that attended was very polite and knowledgeable. Overall a 5 star service and happy customer.

I couldn’t see to get my WiFi to work when coming back from work, phoned the help line where I was on hold for only 10 minutes ish (which I think is extremely fast compared to others)

Two service calls unilaterally cancelled by this company which fails to report outages to Ofcom. A seriously deficient company without professional management or communication skills. Every message tells you that it takes five days to read your complaints. Appalling and Ofcom needs to investigate this company as it has not a clue how to run a broadband service

Being 73 and not at all "tech savvy" it was a relief to speak to Tamayra who was pleasant, polite and very helpful in talking me through my problem, which we resolved. My call was connected quickly, no "hold" and I found the customer service excellent. Well done Zzoomm, will recommend.
