Update : Following my posting this review, within a few hours Zyren customer services got back in contact with me and in a complete reversal of what I had previously been told, issued me with a full refund for the eye cream. I am obviously grateful for this, but it should not have taken a review on a 3rd party website for the company to honour their guarantee. I am happy to update the record but my original star rating and review remain unchanged.

Original review : I have now emailed this company twice regarding an adverse reaction I have suffered to their eye cream. At first I was told to persist with using the product (what??) to see if results improved. When I emailed back to say there is no way I'd be continuing to use the cream, I was told that the 60 day money back guarantee could not be activated, because I had not yet used the product for 60 days!

This is not at all what I believed the guarantee to be. I am very disappointed with this response, especially as I was a repeat customer for another of their products.

By all means try the products but don't expect any customer support or the promised refund if anything goes wrong.

To be honest I didn't know if it would work. But I am amazed and thrilled by the results. I have been using Zyren cream for over 8 weeks and the difference is outstanding. I am 61 and I have lost over 5 stone, losing weight left me with a crinkle neck, but no more. My neck is smooth and so moisturised,..I was so impressed I bought a further 3 jars.

I am extremely pleased with the results I have had with the neck cream and am now halfway through my second jar.
The results from the eye cream are not noticeable yet but I am persevering with it.

I ordered their neck cream 10 days ago. They keep saying that it is with the courier, but my account does not say that (it says it is still being processed). I have still not received my order. I would not recommend using this company.

Great product my skin feels so much softer , and fine lines are almost invisible , my neck is smoother but is still a little crepey just under my chin . I will carry on using the cream and see if there’s anymore improvement .

I can definitely see a difference in my neck. It feels tighter and I feel more confident and don't hide it as much.
