I did have a rejected application and contacted ZR Visas to sort it out. Mine was not a simple case due to self employed restriction, yet told me what needs to be provided. Iw was probably twice the amount of work for him compared to a standard application because 12 months business records are needed on top of the normal details. He still did it for same fixed fees.
