Never received the parcel

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this order. I waited almost two months for a parcel worth nearly €200, but it never reached me. As instructed, I checked with my neighbours and contacted local post office and I then waited another month for a second investigation.

The company ultimately decided not to provide either a refund or a replacement. I understand that delivery issues can occur, but I had hoped for a more helpful resolution, especially since I did not personally receive or sign for the parcel.

Sadly, I am now left without both the order and the money I paid. I hope the company will reconsider how similar cases are handled in the future.

Really happy with my purchase and…

Really happy with my purchase and overall experience.
The support team replied almost instantly, and the package was shipped the next day. The earrings are beautiful, packaged really well, and I appreciate all the thoughtful details, like polishing cloth and seed card.

I just received my so long waited order, it's so beautiful, but totally broken into two pieces in i in two places.

I picked out beautiful earrings but…

I picked out beautiful earrings but there was no exact measurements or photo of a model wearing these earrings provided. So I reached out to the brand over instagram. They wrote me back in 30 minutes (it was Saturday) and were super helpful, sent me measurements, more pictures and a video. The order was shipped the next day and arrived super quickly. It was packed so beautifully and the earrings are very good quality, look exactly as in the pictures. Also, they considered my feedback and added more photos in the website for a clearer size reference. I cannot wait to order from this brand again.

Stay away!

The photos on the website do not portray the product you actually receive. They give the impression of much larger and higher quality items. I also noticed that some (if not all) of the products lack specific measurements. Be prepared that what you see is not necessarily what you get.

The company also defers their import charges to the customer if you want to return the item. So you have to pay the import fees for them to get their own product back. Legally, they can easily dispute the import charges on their end, but it’s easier for them to make the customer pay instead.

I would advise any and all customers to do thorough research. I found several of their products on Etsy, Temu and eBay. They charge 2100 SEK for the earrings I bought. Found them on Etsy for 250 SEK. This company is not what it presents as and I would advise any and all customers to stay far away from them. I have sent a report to the government consumer organization I Sweden regarding them and their marketing, specifically greenwashing.

We also note that the product purchased was the 925 sterling silver version offered on our website and priced at SEK 1999. We stand behind the quality, materials, craftsmanship, and specifications of the products we offer. Products appearing on third-party marketplaces may differ in materials, construction, sourcing, and overall specifications, and should not be assumed to be equivalent.

We reject speculative claims and allegations made regarding our business and products.

We remain willing to assist with the return process in accordance with our stated policy.

The product is perfect but the…

The product is perfect but the trasportation to Estonia took lot os time around 1 week. The birthday passed without my gift,
If transportation can be in three days would be great.

Photos are not at all to be trusted! Very badly and sloppy made!

I ordered beautiful earrings, but what I received is NOT at all beautiful. If I could share the photographs from the website and the ones from the product I received, I would. The app does not give me this option unfortunately...
The earrings I received are very messy and slobby made. And I payed 40€ for them!!
Sending them back cost be 36€ (from Belgium) and they will not refund my shipping costs. They say it is in the policy, which is true, but it is not that I have changed my mind about them…they are just ugly and not at all what the pictures make you believe!

I would discourage you to buy from this website, as their explanation is that it is because “every peace is handmade and has small differences”… let me tell you, if the difference is that they deliver ugly and messy made juwelery, they should put those pictures on their website! And not charge you 40€ for them!!

Ikke kvalitetssmykker

Syntes ikke at de er nær så lækre som på billeder. Også i forhold i priserne. Den ring jeg købte skulle der kunne komme en ting ud, og det kan den slet ikke.
