Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered two outfits from here that were supposed to be delivered between 2-4 weeks. I ordered these to wear to a wedding. A month went by and the outfits never arrived. I messaged the company on instagram (where they are very active) and had no response for ages. I had to then buy an alternative outfit for the event. When the lady eventually responded she was unhelpful, blamed the delay on the current international situation and asked me to pick an alternative outfit. I informed her I did not want an alternative as I did not trust her service and if she was able to get other shipments then I don’t understand why my outfits haven’t arrived. I requested a refund following this but she has not responded despite messaging constantly over the last few weeks. She opens and reads the messages but does not respond. I have notified Shopify of this issue but have not heard anything back yet.
