Beat Amazon hands down on price for my item which was twenty flower pots for a wedding.
Delivery was excellent too. Fully recommend Zoro.

Selling products they don't actually…

Selling products they don't actually have with false lead times. Wastes time and false advertising. Will not use for my company orders again.

Never received part of my order.

Never received part of my order.

I placed an order with Zoro whcu was split into 2 deliveries, the first half arrives without issue however i have not received the second delivery. DPD state the item has been delivered however this is a lie, i have tried contacting DPD and all i get from them is an automates message stating that the order has been delivered. I have tried contacting Zoro cutomer services but so far I have been ignored.

Update as of 13/01/25 i am still to receive any information as to where my item is, zoro are stating a photo has been sent to me showing the delivery, it hasn't and the tracking info still shows no photo

Zoro massively wasted my time

Zoro massively wasted my time. I required glue to complete a project for the NHS over the Christmas period so ordered from Zoro as the has the best price and listed as in stock. 3 days after the expected delivery date I contacted them to see what was happening. They advised they would contact the warehouse, 2 days later no response. I cancelled the order and ordered again as thought there may be an issue in the system. 2 days after the expected delivery date and no glue received, I contacted customer services again and was this time advised they did not have the item in stock and there was an 8 week lead time. If I had been told this in the first instance I would not have been nearly 2 weeks behind on my job.

By 30-Sep-24 it. 1 had been delivered, it.2 was missing.
On 05-Oct Z advised it.2 was delayed till 18-Oct
On 07-Oct Z alleged it.2 had been delivered
On 10-Oct Z advised it.2 would be delivered 16-Oct
On 25-Oct Z advised it.2 would be delivered 04-Nov
On 31-Dec Z advised couldn't be bothered to supply it.2 and cancelled order. On 02-Jan Z refused to complete order or compensate

DO NOT USE

Ordered two food storage containers. I didn't receive the items. Tracking states the items had been delivered to a "mail slot" whatever that is, our property doesn't have a "mail slot" They are refusing to give me a refund as they are saying the carriers delivered the items. Quite obviously Zoro are a scam operation and not to be trusted. I suggest no one makes the same mistake.

Zoro UK had the best price

Zoro UK had the best price that I could find on the products I was looking for and they are really good quality. Delivery was a little slow compared with some of the competition but it was the week before Christmas.
Would recommend and use again.

Ordered Christmas lights on 29th Nov 2024 - dispatched 4th Dec. What I received was a brown hoodie???
Advised Zoro 11th Dec, it has been denial denial denial and painful communication - they are refusing to refund my £41.99 for the 800 LED vintage red cluster outdoor lights WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. They are claiming I did but all I have to show for this is an ugly hoody which is labelled, addressed and invoiced to someone else in Manchester (I am in Scotland)!

This company is not trustworthy and you should think twice before giving them any money.

I am now convinced that they are a scam - take funds, do not deliver the intended goods but send some cheap tat and refuse to refund you. You end up out of pocket and they make a profit either way.

Please save yourself the pain and do not purchase from Zoro UK!!!!

Terrible company

Excellent response to a faulty item

One of a number of items I bought quickly became faulty. Zoro provided a replacement without quibble or charge,and promptly. It was also reassuring to be able to communicate with a human (via email) during the process, and being treated with courteousy.

Terrible supply issues and no real customer service to back it up. Items are often delayed or cancelled due to stock problems. They are really hard work to deal with. Very quick to send invoices though.
