Ordered an item at the start of august, so far had 4 emails saying that item will arrive late, every time with later and later date this time its 19th of November, cancelled order now, will see how long it will take to get money back.
Just seems like Chinese spam website that you might get lucky and receive if they have it in uk otherwise be prepared to wait half year.

I ordered in one time a yellow blue stapler, a yellow insulation tape and a yellow hole punct.
These are not was the zorro cheapest stuff, i bought about the colour everything. These was the expensive but good colour stuff. All together with delivery it was £17.
They 5 time pick up money from my bank account not £17 more than £40. Zorro sent me two stapler two insulation tape and a different kind and wrong colour hole punch. Because i did this order about the colour i need buy again and pay again for it.
I asked but they didn't gave me opportunity to sent back the stuff, what i never ordered...
So - for the origin stuff what i want to bought - i spent around £50...
They promise that to send back the money, but dont sent nothing.
Because they unstoppable pick up money from my bankaccount i needed to change my bankcard...

Ordered a Leo Workwear Hi-Vis Fleece and Hi-Vis bodywarmer.
They delivered the fleece to my home but didn't deliver the bodywarmer as they CAN'T deliver a bodywarmer to a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
What a complete joke !!!!
So your warehouse in question can organise a courier to deliver to a company but NOT a house, are you for real ??? Think you need to look at who's running that warehouse as it's costing you sales!!

Item was never delivered to me, Zoro said the courier, DHL, was for some reason, returning it to them, but they had to wait for an update from their warehouse saying that it had been received.
I should not have had to wait for a refund as it was not me returning the item.
After emails, phone calls and waiting I did push for and get a refund without waiting any longer for item to get back to their warehouse.
The support staff were always VERY helpful but said it was the procedure they had to follow. Overall very frustrating.

Delivery was fast, despite us cancelling incorrect item (out error) it was still delivered next day.
Credit note was issued , but collection seems to be an issue, a week on the item still with us.

Delivery was prompt, however trying to return this has been a nightmare. I phoned them many times and they have said the warehouse needs to process something. However its been 1 week still haven't been able to return. Also you have to pay for your postage.
Not good returns process at all.

Terrible company order some stuff said delivery approximately 5 days ,10 days later still they don't know what's happening with order, avoid this rubbish company ,after 2 weeks numerous call they cancelled order,could've done more sooner

I like the Zoro range and prices and would be happy to give that 5 stars. However the problems with delivery I still don't understand. I was informed delivery would be on Monday. It did not arrive and I contacted Customer services. I was informed it would be Tuesday. On Wednesday I contacted customer services as It had not arrived yet. They said the would look into this and text me when they knew. On Thursday I got a text informing me that it was delivered on Monday and attached was POD. I contacted Customer services to say there was no attachment and I did not receive anything on Monday.
I was sent the POD which was obviously a false document, the printed name was GR and the signature a Z. Customer services contacted the company "Crowfoots Carriers" who promised to deliver within the hour. It was an hour and a quarter later I got a knock on my door. I was asked if I was Graeme Pearson, I said yes and was asked would I like my parcel??? he was parked on the opposite side of the road with his door open. I got the impression that I was being invited to leave the house, cross the road to get it?? He brought to me and said I must sign for it, which I did. He said his depot had the parcel all the time. So why did they send Zoro proof of delivery which is a false document? It has my name and address and a precise time of delivery being 9:29 ?? As I said to begin with, I like your site and prices, but this is only my second order, and it involved 4 phone calls where I was asked to "hold" (which I agreed to) It upset my plans this week and now I am having to explain my experience. That takes the edge off it. I will also add, that your customer service is very good, understanding and did their best to resolve this matter.
I will continue to use Zoro in the future as this problem was not of their making.

Order placed on 6th September, after a week, email saying delivery delayed. Another email to say estimated delivery 20th September, fabulous, we will finally get our order. Friday 20th came and went, no delivery. Called customer services Monday 23rd who said they would get onto the warehouse. Email at 4pm saying order cancelled and a refund was issued. I called customer services who advised this product had been discontinued. Absolutely beyond belief! A complete waste of time! Very disappointing.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I came across the website when I was looking for an item Amazon could only deliver in 12 days. Looked in local shops with no success, and I saw their website, £4 cheaper and next daydelivery. Mixed reviews but I decided to go for it, best decision of the week. I placed the order at 15:18 and the next day, parcel force delivered it just after 11:00, well packaged, the communication was spot on with them.
When placing the order, their website wouldn't accept my card payments for some reasons. I used the pay by phone feature, very quick answer and in couple of minutes it was done and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and courteous.
Fantastic experience, happy customer, will be shipping with them again for sure.

The purchase was totally substandard and very disappointing .
However, Zoro respond quickly and promised to arrange pick-up of the cat scratcher post and make a full refund . I was to be contacted by the carrier about uplift . As of today, the 19th , I am still waiting .
Result , still not sure about Zoro .

Edit: I am pleased to tell you that, today I received my order. Service from Customer Sevices has been exemplary, thank you Kelly.
I placed an order on 9th September with a delivery date for tomorrow Wednesday 18th September, which was absolutely fine.
Rung customer services this morning, who were helpful & they sent an email to the Warehouse asking confirmation of delivery tomorrow!
Just rung customer services and 6 hours since email was sent, they are still waiting for confirmation. I said this was disappointing and my first order, not sure would use Zoro UK again, her reply ‘were busy’!
