Great company to deal with … been using them for a while now .. only had one mishap royal mail’s fault .. once I got proof it was there doing from there parcel department.. the company sent me out a new parcel within a couple of days wich i received.. a big thank you to them and to the person i was dealing with within the company… happy customer..😊..

This site used to be good. In the last 4 months I have had 2 shipments that I have not received. The 24 hour support line is an absolute joke and I recieve no reply to my emails. I have spent £130 and received nothing in return. They can say its a change over of sites. But these orders were placed on the old site and I can prove proof of purchase and follow up emails. Dont bother people, its not worth the sleepless nights.
Thank you for your reply, yes you did resend the package I lost, it took weeks to sort out, iv still not received one lot when u only sent me 10 tablets and u cant even buy 10. Iv been messaging for days on wattsapp and sending e mails and promise there is nothing on the custome service, I have been waiting days.
