As someone stated here, I had a problem with cancellation of the subscription. And I wouldn’t say that this option was hidden, but it works badly. When I subscribed, I knew that I didn’t need the service for a long period of time, so I bought one month a cancelled it (at least that’s what I thought). Today I was charged again for the next month, so I went to the site to check my subscription, and I saw that it is active. I pressed cancellation button again, and it seemed that it worked for a second, but then it said that the subscription is active with “non-recurring payment”. I wrote to support to ask what’s going on and asked for a refund. They said that refund in this situation is not possible due to their policy. Ok, but I didn’t want to be changed again. It took several emails to explain 2 or 3 times why I can’t cancel the subscription, so I asked if the guy can cancel it for me from their side. It was funny when he suggested to cancel it from AppStore, because AppStore says that I don’t have any subscriptions in the moment, but again, I got charged. Anyway, the cancellation is very tricky - I didn’t receive any confirmation the first time when I pressed cancel the subscription, and the second time too. I hope that they cancelled my subscription from support side, but otherwise it is super unfortunate. I hope those 10 euros (which I am not happy to lose btw) will not bring your company any luck.

Отличный ВПН реально помогает. По роду деятельности нужно открывать сайты разных стран, поэтому без него это было бы невозможно. Однажды столкнулся с тем что впн не работал, но служба поддержки даже ночью откликнулась на мою просьбу и все помогли настроить.

Many of the VPN that I have been using can’t connect well in China. ZoogVPN has got no such issue, in fact it connects within seconds.

ZooGVPN is the worst VPN I've ever used; in fact, it's the worst app I've ever used, and its after-sales service is the worst I've ever experienced. I subscribed to a two-year plan and have been using it for a year now. My experience is that the internet speed is terrible, it frequently disconnects for no apparent reason, it often can't connect, and sometimes it connects but can't access the internet.

I've contacted customer service multiple times, but their responses are always the same—just bureaucratic jargon—and they haven't solved any of my problems. I didn't want to get involved with them, so I switched to another VPN, but recently they shamelessly emailed me asking for a positive review. I explained why I couldn't give them a good review: their product and after-sales service are absolutely terrible.

What happened next infuriated me. They initially told me they hadn't recorded any reports of connection issues with their product. So I showed them our previous email conversations, and they admitted I had indeed reported the problem, but claimed they had resolved it for me. This is their after-sales service: irresponsible, inconsistent, and morally ambiguous. And as a consumer, do you think I don't know whether you've resolved my problem or not?

I then provided screenshots as evidence that my browser couldn't connect to the internet while using ZooGvpn, and they told me my information was invalid and didn't meet their requirements.

Is this even human language? As a customer using your product, I'm experiencing frequent problems and it's unusable, and I've provided screenshot evidence, and you're telling me it doesn't meet your requirements? I was so angry I almost laughed. Their shameless behavior completely enraged me, and I decided I had to give them a genuine negative review and pursue all possible aggravating circumstances.

I was trying to make ZoogVPN work with Ubuntu 22. I followed their procedure for installation, and settings - but wasn't able to connect to the VPN server due to authentication issues. After trying several online suggestions (e.g., ubuntu forums and stack-exchange - installed network-manager-openvpn-gnome), I finally contacted their chat support. I was pleasantly surprised by the patience and understanding with which the tech support person helped me troubleshoot the issue step-by-step. In the end it came down to the fact that the instructions for Ubuntu were different (simpler) than their published instructions for "Linux" OS. No settings needed to be changed in the imported config file. Also, network manager needed to be restarted from systemctl as "NetworkManager", not "systemd-networkd". After about 35-40 min of back and forth, I was connected to the ZoogVPN server of my choice! I really appreciated his patient and respectful interaction throughout the chat conversation. While I have yet to use ZoogVPN regularly, I was really happy with the tech support!
