Exceptional products and customer service
I have never worked with a company whose customer service was so exceptional. This company has the best customer service. I had a situation with one of the products nothing to do with ZoneMarts it was on my part. They helped me to rectify the situation.
When I received the product I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly as advertised and authentic. I will be utilizing this company again.

Excellent service!!
I have purchased from Zonemarts many times this year. Customer service has always been excellent whenever I had an issue. The jerseys are carefully and meticulously embroidered, and I am very satisfied with my choices. Delivery time seems to be a challenge for them, especially toward the end of the year. However, I am willing to wait to receive jerseys that are custom-made and personalized for me. Merry Christmas.

Do yourself a favor and never order from this company. I ordered a jersey for a Christmas present a month ago. I was told it would come before Christmas. I kept getting emails that it is on the way. Unfortunately they didn't mention what year it was coming. It certainly wasn't 2025! So now 2 days before Christmas I have to run through the streets looking for another gift. Not to mention rhe aggravation you have to go through to find out your package won't arrive before Christmas. Never again with this company. I'd rather pay more and get my package on time.

I bought what I thought was an authentic MLB/Nike jersey but receive a counterfeit product
I bought what I thought was an authentic MLB Dodgers jersey. I received a counterfeit jersey five weeks later after it was shipped from China. The product arrived packed in a ziplock baggy without any hanging tags, MLB hologram label, or even a traditional garment washing label normally found on the inside. After I put the transaction in dispute with my credit card company, I tried to arrange for a refund with Zonemarts. The representative responded to my email and asked me to close the dispute then she would process the refund. The refund never happened and now I have an open dispute case with my credit card company. By the way, when you view your credit card transactions, the Zonemarts purchase shows up as PAYPAL *DUONGTHITRU 402-935-7733 CA. The address listed on the Zonemarts website is in South Pasadena, California, but it seems merchandise is shipped straight from China.
