I have been with Zoca for over 2 years now. They help my hair braiding business grow on google and have more visibility in a new environment. I've been using Zoca for the past 4 months now and I am very pleased with how things are going. I switched from a bigger marketing company that couldn't even tell me how much revenue my leads were bringing in. With Zoca I have a dedicated team that has worked with me on every aspect of my marketing needs. I love the visibility and the fact that as soon as leads land on my page someone is reaching out to them for help/guidance. They also help me stay consistent with my social postings and do the heavy lifting with my graphic designs. As issues arise (which they have) the team is on top of correcting mistakes ASAP, taking ownership, and making things right; which speaks volumes. I've had two amazing account specialists Monisha and Sakshi. I am extremely happy that I made the switch.

This is the best app out there to get you. The most clients possible, such a great manager. I have Nikita is amazing, and so is Krishna. I couldn't ask for a better team to help me out with the issues that I have faced within the last 2 and a 1/2 years, I just love them so much. I highly recommend zoka for all your Advertising needs for a beauty salon or any other business!!!

ZOCA is great, they get me a lot more leads than they promised, I highly recommend.

Horrible experience, run, massive scam. They were recomended to me by my business coach who I later found out partnered with them. THey made promises that they would make a new website for me, included in the monthly fee (more on that later), would drive in signficialt new bookings and should expect to be booked out in 3 months. I worked with them for six months and recieved ZERO BOOKINGS. They continuously moved the bench mark and when pressed would flip the reponsibility back to me to get more reviews from my clients. I am a start up, the whole reason I hired you (which they knew) was to get new clients. When I continued to press, they started delaying and using classic stall tactics saying it will be taken care of tomorrow. When I demanded they close the account and refund my money, they promptly took my website down without my consent, refused to give me deliverables, and I had to file and ICAN report amongst others and threaten action to get the website I paid for back. They had the audacity to say that's not something they usually do. You don't give people deliverables that they own? Right. When they did deliver it in a zip file, it was unusable which they clearly made it so which is destruction of property. Do yourself a favor, do what I did. Go on godaddy, make your own website, pay $500 to Edward sturm and learn SEO with longtail keywords and create your own website and optimize yourself. I did and within two months got my own bookings. Not to mention zoca would use ai to edit the photos and it looked absolutely ridiculous, zero human over sight on quality control. Run. Just run.

I hired them for my Spa business, it was a total waste of time. All those flashy promises, and nothing was delivered. They only want your money and waste time in useless meetings. They keep charging my card and in the end I have to cancel my card, they don't answer once it is about cancelling. Go for traditional Local Marketing or Google Ads. They are basically doing the same thing and selling it using the word AI. They are not Local, they are Indian i think by their accent.

I have to start off with saying the team I dealt with was fabulous! Chandan was very helpful to me and made sure to express he would always be prompt to continue to help where I should need it. I appreciate this very much!
Apurvaa was especially a diamond to me as she did things that nobody was able to help with a start to a finish with perfection! She is simply brilliant!!! This was most definitely the best part of my experience because she corrected things that were not her problem however, she jumped in and made effort when it wasn’t even her job to. It’s like her communication skills are untouchable… This I will not forget! She really had my back in this! Great company and even more the greatest people ever! the cold call push is not very attractive at all, they are Indian and don't feel trust worthy at all. they are forcing me into meetings and calls its literally harassment on all levels why are you calling me at night or early mornings to push me into new clients lol ill keep my money and do my marketing the old fashioned way

I had no intention of advertising with this team because I’ve had negative experiences in the past with SEO optimization but Chandan was very helpful and I was very impressed how quickly they got our landing page up and how available they were and over the course of the trial period It was very obvious that this was a worthy investment. This seems like it’s gonna be a great addition for my business and I would encourage others to consider what they have to offer.

Raj and Apurvaa made everything so easy for me. They set everything up within a phone call and my business has gained back over 80 leads in just a week and a half! These are customers we could have lost permanently or would have never even knew they reached out. The investment is totally worth it!
