I was honestly a little nervous ordering custom merch for the first time, but the whole process was super smooth 😭💖 The staff replied really fast and helped me fix my files before production. The acrylic quality turned out way better than I expected, and the colors looked amazing in person! Packaging was also really secure. Definitely planning to order more for my shop soon ✨

As an artist alley vendor, zoartix is my main producer for keychains and keyboard fidgets!

Pros:
-good quality- comparable to other producers i have tried (melody charms, wooacry)
-extremely cheap prices compared to other producers
-amazing customer service- consistent response times, can listen to specific requests/changes to order, they even replaced my whole order due to quality issues
-great deals- they always have amazing deals/coupons/giveaways available

Cons:
-inconsistent shipping- shipping may fall under the estimated shipping window, but sometimes it will take significantly longer even if you pay for faster shipping. however, this is not really producers fault, but due to their location being in china

Overall, due to all these reasons, I always come back to Zoartix :)

Zoartix is really good and attentive to details! The quality of the product is top notch ! I have tested the keychains they are amazing especially the epoxy ones and even small format like phone charms turn out super cute , or the chocolate shaped one is so original for merch ! I also recommend the stickers sheet they are perfect ! I'm in love with their work and they are so kind and professional !

Most importantly, it's so rare to find manufacturers that ships to Algeria ! I'm happy zoartix includes Algeria in their shipping list !

My products are beautiful—they arrived in less than two weeks even though I live in Mexico. That was pretty fast. The quality of the acrylic is incredible; I’ve ordered from other places and the product arrived very thin and fragile... But I ordered a standee, and it’s very sturdy and

I had the opportunity to work with ZoArtix to develop several products, including acrylic keychains (with finishes like glitter, holographic, and epoxy), shaker keychains, and K-pop photocard holders.

The quality of their products is honestly amazing! Aside, in a batch of over 60 items, only one arrived damaged (and I’m pretty sure that was due to transport, not production) Everything else was in perfect condition.

They were also incredibly fastt!! My products were ready in under 15 days, especially knowing I was on a tight schedule.
On top of that, they coordinated fast shipping to a very specific location where I would be staying for a limited time. They handled everything smoothly from start to finish, (even contacting the place directly to make sure they could receive the package for me) which made the whole process stress-free.

But what I appreciated the most is the care they put into their service. Communication was clear and attentive, and they really made the experience feel close and supportive. They also signed an agreement to protect my copyrighted artwork (which, as an artist, means A LOT to me)

Overall, I truly feel ZoArtix cares about both product quality and building respectful, professional relationships with artists. I would happily work with them again.

Most of my products weren't shipped and some arrived broken, I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I also had to wait almost 4 months to only receive less than half of my order

Ordered there some months ago. Order was ready and shipped they said. But the shipping number doesn't work at all. Now I try to get my money back! Don't order there it's a big scam!

Just by doing a quick search in their Discord server, you can see that they are constantly producing faulty products. Customers consistently have issues with their packages; whether it's missing items, air bubbles and dust particles in their acrylic, or even getting other people's packages delivered to the wrong person. Zoartix's "solution" is that they will remake the product for free in your "NEXT ORDER", but they will always continue to make new mistakes, while making you pay extra to receive your remade products. Their prices are very good compared to other companies, but that is because the quality is not great at all. Getting faulty products can be fun in terms of freebies, but if you are a small business looking for products to be sold, you should look elsewhere. Often, artists are complaining that more than half their bulk orders are B-grade items. Again, searching keywords in their Discord server will provide tons of proof of their high defect rate. It was fun working with them at first, but in the long run, just consider other companies to avoid headaches. I have been with Zoartix for almost half a year, but I'm moving on.
