Found the website easy to navigate and find the Zipper lightweight motorised wheelchair. I placed my order before lunchtime and received very swift efficient service as my chair was delivered before 9am the next day.
Thoroughly packaged with clear instructions and operating manual. Simple to charge and arrived 80% Charged. Could run straight out of the box. I charged for 4 hours and the battery was full. After a couple of hours of use felt confident I wasn't going to 'fall out'.
After a full day of use with plenty of hills and uneven surfaces battery lasted 15 hours and still had 20% left.
Charged up overnight and ready to go next day.
I have however found it not to be as lightweight as expected and on the bulkier side which means I have to rely on assistance from my husband to fold it, load it and unload it and unfold it in and out of the car boot when I need it.
The footplate is also one piece that folds but does not collapse or split into two to allow easier access to seat, as I have no feeling in my legs this can make it difficult to get in and out although the arms do fold up to allow access from the side.
I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nippy convenient mobility aid. With fast ordering and delivery service.

Seems like a good job only thing is the owners manual seams a bit out of date it says you can download the latest version of there website but can't find the website address. Impressed with the delivery ordered Monday evening came Wednesday afternoon thanks.

Speedy delivery. UPS did not want to bring into my home (house) wanted to leave the scooter in the front garden, where I could not bring it in my home. That was disappointing considering it’s a mobility scooter. I had not received any alerts or communication as to delivery. I don’t usually open the door to random visits as I am in a wheelchair and vulnerable.

Great service. Delivery driver was really nice and had great helpful information to help us.
Really pleased with my scooter.....I think it arrived on the Tuesday not sure now But did receive a phone call to let me know when it was arriving.

1st rate Customer service

My elderly neighbour received his Zipper X13 last evening at 10pm hence the delivery driver was not able to correctly explain the controls and indicators except to say where the ignition key was and that the battery needed charging before use. This morning in the daylight the supplied Zipper X13/X14 Owners Manual is no help whatsoever as the shown diagram of the handlebar controls and indicators is completely different fron the scooter supplied. We have tried telephoning however can only speak with Sales so have been forced to send a message via the website messaging service that promises a reply within 24 to 48 hours time.
I spoke to Sales and informed them of the problem and was given an email address to contact however this address is not valid so the scooter is here but we are unable to use it.

The scooter arrived on time well packed and when assembled met all my requirements.
I had a request for a modification to the controls, which was granted, fixed free of charge and no delay in delivery. Gareth who handled my enquiry was excellent with speed of response and got the job done to my satisfaction. Would certainly recommend this company.
