Breach Of Contract
I applied for a business loan, and Lorrie Walker, a Business Growth Advisor, said I have a lender known as 3Point Capital Group who has approved me for a daily payback loan. I was approved for 10,000.00 after endless emails and signing, allowing them my personal information my bank login, and password the money was supposed to be wired the next day. Nothing has happened so I called Lorrie and she followed up with the lender. Lorrie emailed me saying the lender decided to change their mind after I signed 17 pages of the cash advance agreement on Docu signed. That seems to be a Breach Of Contract! I will hold both parties liable and proceed with legal matters with my attorney. Do not do any business with these two parties. Total waste of your time.

As explained during the process, all offers are pre-approvals only based on some basic information, and unfortunately, sometimes once underwriting really gets into the financial details of a business we are unable to approve financing, as was the case in your situation. We understand this can be frustrating, but we never want to put a business at risk by approving them for financing they may not be able to repay. We have tried to reach out to you offline, but have been unable to connect so far, and we would be more than happy to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
