Web Form Problem
There´s something wrong with your data entry forms. They act as if I´m using a foreign keyboard and are not recognizing the correct keys on my keyboard. For example, when I tried to use the at sign it uses the double quotation mark. It´s even doing it here on this form. ¨"¨ I was only able to get around the issue by copying and pasting my email address from another site. Very frustrating.

I couldn’t get an order to go through
I couldn’t get an order to go through. It continually failed with no helpful information. Customer service repeatedly told me to simply wait two hours and try again. The second day, they said wait two hours and try again. I finally figured out that it couldn’t deal with my email address, a personal email address. The user interface and the customer service are terrible.

False advertising
The card's packing shows that it is available for Jersey Mike's which is the only reason I selected this gift card but when it was redeemed that restaurant was not an option, so had to select something else which I didn't want and then re-gift it to someone else.

Very, very difficult to redeem. Took multiple calls to "customer service" which was pick a number hell. Finally got code for an Amazon card. Amazon says the code is not valid!!! Not worth the time & effort
