I am always reluctant to order gifts like this because I have been burnt many times. However I took a chance and am I glad I did. As soon as I placed my order a super sweet lady named Leila texted me to thank me for the order. She went above and beyond to assure me I would love it and she promised to stay in touch and if I need anything, she would be there. We texted several times from the day I placed the order and the time it arrived. I have to say it was the best on line purchasing experience I have ever had. My wife love, love loved it. I would recommend anyone to feel confident in dealing with Ziella and especially Leila, she is awesome.

I was contacted almost immediately by sms to review my order and clarify it. I made a mistake with my address in the final step and it was easy to email support to fix it. The contact sms verified the address and ensure me that it will be fixed. I'll use this again for other presents. My wife is going to love this at Christmas!!

He loved it! But the clasps comes loose sometimes. Need to work on getting that fixed! Other that that, he almost cried😅
