I think third time I placed ordered and she said she loved them. Only thing I would suggest being in a different Country would be a email saying they was delivered. Very pleased with them.

Failed delivery confirmed. Agreed a refund is due. Many chased occasions. Many apologetic responses. All dotcom nonsense...No refund has come! Parasitic organisation trading off the virtues of local florists, adding no customer value to the supply chain and ripping off consumers when things fall outside 'happy path'. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU FANCY A GAMBLE!

Lack of Communication about delivery change
I ordered the flowers to be delivered on a Sunday for me to be able to take to my GP the next day. This was an option on the delivery system and not blocked out, so I assumed it was not going to be a problem. However, never assume... I contacted customer service three times and each time I was told they were scheduled for delivery on the Sunday and that they were with the courier. They did not arrive, so I contacted customer service the next day to find out what had happened, to be informed that they had changed the delivery date, without informing me, to the next day and assured me they would be delivered. They did not arrive until after 5pm the next day, by which time my GP had finished work and so did not receive the flowers as intended. I have not had this problem before, so I was super disappointed.

the order was not delivered despite being made a week prior to delivery date. when I contacted the chat for information I was asked about substitution but got no further updates despite trying to use the chat multiple times. I was contacted by the supplier who advised the order was only placed late afternoon on the same day as delivery date.

Messy order but great outcome…
There was a mess with the order initially as I did not receive the email confirmation. The very nice person on chat assured me my order had been received and the next day i emailed customer service to clarify. Thrilled my mum received her flowers for her birthday
