Ordered a pair of retro sunglasses on November 29 and paid thru pay pal. No confirmation email. I've called and left a message to no avail. Have tried e-mailing....still no response. It's only $10 but it's the principal. Do the right thong

So they say they reshipped to my adress and then days after that they say they can't due to adress and customers issues

They also didn't refund shipping

It's like a joke, my adress is totaly correct never had a problem before

Ridiculous and rigid - even when it’s their fault

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and was sent a completely different pair. I contacted them and was told the pair I wanted was out of stock (bait and switch). I initiated a return and they informed me that the return would be at my own cost as I am an international customer. This rigid policy is ridiculous in this instance given the fact that the issue was entirely their fault alone for improperly fulfilling the order. I will have to pay more than I need to because of ZeroUV’s mistake and, at this point, the amount I pay in shipping is worth more than the glasses themselves. Beware if you’re ordering outside the US, as their customer service logic is lacking.

EDIT: I emailed back following ZeroUV's reply below and was told "You were not required to return the item, but have asked to return it". The reply below is the first time that I've been informed by this company that returns are not required for international customers, and this information is also not available on their website (of which I have a screenshot). How are people supposed to know otherwise, when it's common retail practice to return an item in order to obtain a refund? Clairvoyance? Magic? Their international customer policy was not at at all raised when I asked to return in the first place (nor was a refund even offered in our first correspondence, just an exchange). I've been refunded, but only the cost of the item and not the shipping - so I've essentially paid ZeroUV to ship me a model I never asked for and do not want but is not worth returning.

They have been nothing but combative and have refused to take ownership of their mistakes. Avoid this company if you are a mere mortal without magical mind-reading capabilities.

Terrible glasses

Terrible glasses. You get what you pay for though, I guess. Bought some ~$8 glasses. Super flimsy. Snapped in less than a week from normal use. Not a repairable break. Bummed I wasted my time and money on these. I recommend spending the money on quality shades.

AMAZING

I ordered 4 pairs of sunglasses. I got them within a week! They delivered more quickly than my order from amazon. I love all of the sunglasses, incredible quality for the price. I had an issue with one pair, a very small scrape on the metal and they got back with me the same day I emailed them and I have a new pair already on the way. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend!

Although the sunglasses I ordered did not work out for me, ZeroUV was extremely easy to work with. Im always skeptical when it comes to online websites because there are so many scams out there. But ZeroUV accepts returns and processes them in a timely manner. They even pay for postage!

DO NOT TRUST

I ordered sunglasses OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO and still have not gotten them. i paid for 2-5 business days yet still have not gotten them or even just an email. i am extremely upset and disappointed.

Good product, horrible customer service

The glasses, and the product are solid quality. Looked as it did on the website, came with a nice microfiber eyewear bag.

The glasses themselves didn't quite fit right, so I called them to get an idea of what kind of measurements would fit best over the phone. The woman who answered was polite at first, but had no interest speaking with me over the phone or educating me on what I might look for to make a better purchase next time. "You'll just have to go to our website." Was all she continued to say, aside from reading me the measurements of the glasses I had already bought.

Sure. I could go and try to figure it out on my own, and buy a couple more pairs in the process attempting to learn how the measurements fit.. or.. you could represent your company and your brand with some helpfulness and good will by speaking with me about your product and what the best way is to be satisfied with your stuff. Don't just blow people off to your website. Make them want to come to you for all their shades, instead of giving them a reason to find someone else.

FURIOUS CUSTOMER!

I live in Houston Texas and I ordered these cute round vintage sunglasses, I was tracking my order and it said my shipment was last seen in north Houston Texas and I was supposed to receive my package yesterday but I never got it. I checked my order this morning, and it's all the way in California AGAIN! I called customer service and nobody is answering, and I am very furious! I either get my money back that I work hard for or I get my glasses!

Love their glasses!!!!

Sunglasses arrived quick and timely! I loved that I would get email updates about its delivery status.

The quality is good! Simple, not loose or bent and uneven the way some cheap sunglasses become after a couple of wears, so that's nice. I bought 2 pairs for $10.95 ea. and that qualified me for free shipping.

Someone asked if they were (not sure which brand it was, but it was some high end one), and I was like "NOPE, these were $10!"

Im glad this is an American-ran company. Unlike some other companies I've experienced recently, ZeroUV has great communication and let's you know when exactly you should be expecting your shipment. For me, someone who does a lot of online ordering, it's refreshing to know that the quality will be superior and the deliver timing adequate.

I'm going to be in HB next week and I can't wait to stop by their actual store!

I def plan on ordering a ton more from here now that I know they're legit.

Great products for the price!!!!!

I have 4 pairs that I absolutely love. Quality is great for the price!! I would recommend to everyone that loves wearing sunglasses. You can afford to get as many pairs as you like. Most people cant even tell the difference.

Did what they said

This was an easy 5 star review - Ordered two pairs of sunnies online, two days later they arrived intact and as described.

Now I'm in the Hollywood area, so not too far from their physical store in Huntington Beach meaning this was not just a domestic order but a pretty local one too. I didn't have to deal with the vagaries of overseas delivery or even cross country postal times. I was quoted 2-5 days for delivery, and they arrived in 2.

Nevertheless, I was emailed every step of the way - a confirmation email when I ordered late in the evening, a dispatch email when they were sent the next day, an 'out for delivery' email and then a 'delivered' email on delivery day. I ducked downstairs and there they were in the mail box. Hoolally.

Delivery was free, sunglasses were well priced and were exactly the same as the photos on the site.

It's nice to write a good 5 star review for once, when a company does exactly what they claim to do.

Fobbed off, felt conned

I order two pairs of sunglasses from this company and due to their prices being low - decided to opt for economy international shipping, according to their site:

International first class mail takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and minimum 10-15 (2-4 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail.

37 working days and 7 weeks later I have still had no parcel and due to the fact they kept fobbing me off - I now can't claim back via paypal. Very annoyed - £30 out of pocket and no help from them to resolve it.

I regularly shop online with confidence - I have only ever paid for one item on ebay and not received it - but this is the first time a supposedly reputable company has let me down. Avoid.
