Generally good but some issues.

Bike delivery was delayed. Couriers web tracking was accurate but Shop app said was delivered 3 days before it actually arrived.
Wiring loom was incorrectly routed on the front handle bars when compared to installation book.
Rear tie appears to be punctured and does not hold air.
I’m surprised the bike isn’t labeled with Zephyre. Seems a marketing oversight.

The most unbelievable service company…

The most unbelievable service company in existence. My bike arrived by courier and we couldn't attached the front wheel. We messaged Zephyr and they arranged a tech to attend within 30min (6pm at night) the same day who took the bike fixed it and returned it within the hour. The bike is great aswell.

Pretty good

No problems all was done as supposed to be 👍
Though now I have put it together and have found only one battery where it says dual battery 90 km battery life hopefully this gets resolved quickly

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a bike with the expectation that it would be delivered within 5 days because that's what their website told me. I did not receive my very expensive purchase in time to give it as the gift it was purchased for. Its 2 weeks later and I still have not received it. They tell me to contact the delivery company. The delivery company tell me to contact zephyr. I've spent thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it and no resolution to the issue. They don't seem to care once they take your money

Great product! I love it!

Slight hiccup with delivery but that’s logistics! Great product and great service. So stoked with it. The wheels have some trouble as they are flat packed and the tyre was crunched due to packing and not inflating in the rim. Just needed to give the tyre a day for the rubber to sit perfectly in the rim.

I would give 0 stars if I could

Where do I even begin? I had a terrible experience with zephyre from purchasing right down to the bike itself. The website lists different methods of payment and says it supports BNPL options but then puts merchant limits so you can't pay that way? Like?? I have the money and the credit but YOU are the one not allowing the transaction to take place???? Be so for real. I don't know why everyone is commending the customer service? I sent an email to the director as referred by Callum on the 31st of July and I'm still waiting for a response today 16 August. Wow what great customer service you have there, I'm sooooo impressed👎. Had to get the information off tiktok. My bike and extras were sent in two packages that was so inconvenient. The manual is in black and white...in 2025...why?? Please put colour on that thing I don't think it's that expensive or at least a higher contrast. I struggled so much with it, couldn't even read it.
Overall, your customer service is trash, your tracking was also bad, to the best of your ability make sure packages arrive on the same day at the same time. Please respond to your emails and disclose all the necessary information on how to get the most out of the bike...things like activating the throttle and increasing the speed. (This bike is cheaper on temu btw, the guy on tiktok got his on Temu and actually had better customer service)

I used the email address Callum gave me. I literally copied and pasted it so I am not sure why it didn't come through.
I am approved up to 3000 in afterpay and my own CUSTOMER LIMIT is 2500, so the limit was not on my end and afterpay confirmed it was a limit from the merchant and not from them. I have done big transactions without problem on other platforms and only had problems on yours.
I do not use PayPal.
No one knows about your YouTube channel. Maybe email it to the people so they don't have to do that extra labour as well? And to add on, I texted Callum ( the bot) about the issues and the YouTube channel could've been provided then, instead of the faulty director email. This is the email your customer service agent Callum sent >>> directorzephyrebikes.com.au (since I can't put proper email addresses on here)

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — it’s definitely not the level of service we aim to provide at Zephyr.

After checking our records, we weren’t able to locate any emails from the address linked to this review, including the one you mentioned from July 31st. It’s possible it didn’t come through, so if you could please resend it to director@zephyrebikes.com, we’ll make sure it’s personally reviewed and prioritised.

Regarding your payment concerns — we do accept Afterpay, but as noted on their website, there’s a $2,000 limit unless you’re pre-approved for more. This is controlled by Afterpay, not us. We also offer PayPal Pay in 4 for added flexibility.

All tutorials — including how to activate the throttle and unlock the speed — are available on our YouTube channel. Just search Zephyr E-Bikes.

In terms of packaging, sometimes bikes and accessories are shipped in separate cartons due to size and handling requirements. We’re working on better coordination to reduce delays between deliveries.

We also appreciate the feedback about the black-and-white manual and will pass that on to our product team — a clearer or colour version is a great suggestion.

We can’t comment on Temu listings or service quality, but we stand by the performance of our bikes and our local support — which is reflected in the hundreds of verified 5-star reviews we’ve received.

Great EBike

The bike which came had a bent sprocket, and zephyr were happy to send a new socket to replace the damaged one
I was promised an upgraded screen, which I did not get, but I did get a free waterproof phone carrying case.

Review – Zephyre Cruise X29 Dual Battery after weeks of research and reading…

After weeks of research and reading countless reviews, I decided on the Cruise X29 Dual Battery from Zephyre, and I couldn't be happier with the decision.

The 90km range is perfect for my needs, and the dual battery setup gives great peace of mind for longer rides. But what really sealed the deal for me was customer service—it’s my number one priority when making any substantial purchase.

From the outset, Callum from Z Bikes was fantastic. I had a couple of small issues with the bike early on, and he handled them quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. That kind of support makes all the difference, especially when buying something you plan to rely on daily.
