Fantastic company with efficient, carefully crafted products and lots of herbal expertise.

I asked to return, as did nothing. I was just told to use more?
Absolutely rubbish product and service!
I won't be buying anything from this company again?

Great quality products. I am using joint & muscle CBD balm since last five months and advised by the shop assistant to use joint and muscle capsules as well which I have started last month. I am using these products for my knee pain. I have decided to give it little more time . These products works but very slowly.

Delivery is very good and the tins the tea in are attractive.

I’ve been seeing Sara Hennessy at Chiswick Zen Maitri since April 2022.
She is an experienced and excellent practitioner of herbal medicine.
All staff I’ve encountered have been super helpful and knowledgeable, I love visiting the shop to see what’s new ! Thankyou! 😀

I like this combination of several healing mushrooms in one pot.

Excellent, knowledgeable herbalists and herbs which work well

Great product had it as my bedtime drink and rewards me with a wonderful nights sleep just can’t ask for anything more
Very well recommended

The best shop for herbal tea lovers and lovely staff too

I loved the herbal tea workshop led by the herbalist Sara. It was very friendly and relaxed. We tried each tea individually and noticed the taste, its effect on our body and mood. We asked questions. It really enhanced my understanding of the teas, and how combinations work together to support health. I slept so well that night - better than in years! Really enjoyable and informative

Since I started taking my prescribed herbs (tincture, tea and powder) about 3 months ago, I have started to feel so much better already—physically and mentally. On my initial consultation, Sara listened so attentively to me describing my whole health history, and with lots of knowledge and compassion she seemed to immediately know what choice of herbs could help my symptoms. Throughout the whole process I felt, and continue to feel, supported and looked after, there's always an answer to my questions or concerns, and I really trust that this is the alternative health support I have been hoping to find for years. 6/5 stars.

Definitely a trustworthy company. Really beautiful products, fast and reliable delivery, quality oils, lovely teas, kind and knowledgeable employees.

I found the Zen Maitri supportive, very knowledgeable and gave the impression of being genuinely concerned about their clients. Labelling and directions for use on their preparations was clear and straight forward. I am happy to recommend their services to others.

One area where improvements could be made is the primary packaging so that intended route of administration is matched to the dosing implement

I needed delivery of my order by next day, and Zen Maitri pulled out all the shops to make this happen. I was very grateful for this.

My son bought me a consultation voucher for Christmas and what a great present it turned out to be since I cannot praise Zen Maitri enough! The first impression you get from the ambience of the studio is one of calm. The two ladies I met were absolutely delightful and made me feel very special. The thoroughness of the consultation together with expert product knowledge left me feeling very confident that my problem will be, if not solved, then at least, helped. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them and wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is the best place for alternative medicine located in the heart of Chiswick. They are very professional and friendly and alwayd make you feel at home. I regularly use their immunity tincture which has supported my health throughout the pandemic and even after it.

Sara is a wonderful person and herbalist. With her professional but kind approach she really takes her time to find the root cause of the health problem. I can't recommend her enough if you need some support but want to go the natural path.
