False Advertising — Sells Basic Bluetooth Tag as "Tracking anywhere" device
Avoid this seller. ZENlibro operates under the billing name "ZENlibro GPS" and explicitly advertises their product on the Shop app and website as an "intelligent GPS tracker for cats."
In reality, the device contains zero GPS hardware. It is merely a cheap, short-range Bluetooth tag. So, once your cat leaves the house, it's unlikely you'll get updates.
When I confronted customer support, they admitted in writing that the device lacks a GPS chip.
Despite selling a completely misdescribed product, they refused to issue a pre-paid return label and insisted I pay international shipping fees to France to get a refund, violating the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which dictates traders must bear all return costs for falsely advertised goods.
They relies on platform automation and international return shipping fees to deter customers from seeking refunds.
Do not waste your time or money!
