I am terrible with technology, and Zenler is so user-friendly that I've been able to design multiple courses in a very short period of time, without getting ANY help from my tech-savvy spouse! I'm really enjoying using it, and now I have a source of passive income for my business. Having courses saves me a ton of time, too. Great platform!

Zenler provides all comforts under one roof. Earlier I was using a different way of online teaching and it was really confusing and cumbersome to update. Zenler is user's friendly and I am learning it without much confusion. I am able to provide my clients quality service.

I am very grateful to have found Zenler. I did a lot of research for online teaching platforms and Zenler was the only one that met all of our needs plus includes bonuses like the built in blog, communities, marketing funnels and subscription pricing options. The site does have a learning curve but, it has a lot of great customizable features. The customer services has been helpful as we were setting everything up. A couple features that could be upgraded are: 1) Make it so learners can change their timezone and search for live classes in their own timezone. 2) Make a way to for learners to search for classes with more filter options. 3) I would love it if they added more quantity for live classes for our teachers. 4) The day and time of the class should appear in the title easily available for learners to see. We have been having to manually add this in.

I really enjoy using Zenler. It has a lot of features all in one place. Building out your website and landing pages is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Since it is a fairly new service there are a few things/ kinks to work out. But if you are looking for an all in one option, Zenler is a great option!

New Zenler is awesome! I have been using it to host my fitness programs and membership. After watching some tutorials it was pretty easy to use and NZ was always quick to answer any questions I had. They have so many features and continue to expand and you can’t beat the price!

Technical Support does fix things when they break!

I just experienced a Chrome extension glitching, and it embedded it's icon into my New Zenler forms.

It caused a break in my site. I was really stressing, at first, because I just started to use New Zenler recently, and I'm used to using Wordpress for more than 15 years.

I'm way more "hands-on" on the backend of my sites, and not always comfortable having to rely on another company's support.

I found that because, I'm so used to DIY for my own business, that I had to hope and trust that it would get fixed.

That may sound strange, but with all of the awesome features that New Zenler has and with their great pricing...my trust in a company is gained when there is a time that TECHNICAL SUPPORT needs to be provided.

Because, let's face it...with all things TECH, eventually something might glitch.

Both New Zenler's departments for Sales and Techical were there.

My questions were answered, and my site was fixed.

The ease of use, is very nice, too!

I would and have already recommended them to close friends and business colleagues.

Sibin has provided me with the best service I've received in a long time. She was very patient in solving the issue I contacted her for and was very prompt in her replies.

So much potential - working through kinks. Love Zenler - great customer service and feels super soul to be part of this group. I converted from Kajabi and am glad I did but I can't say the journey has been easy or simple. There seems to be a fair amount of glitches or things that just aren't straight forward and there is no guide book (like Kajabi's 'University" program). I'm excited to see what this will become but wish it was easier to operate. On the plus side, it feels super affordable for all it offers.

I am a super newbie just starting out building my subscription website and chose Zenler because of the positive reviews on Facebook forums and their comprehensive free training. So far it has not disappointed. There are detailed training videos that walk you through everything (starting with how to sign up and log in!). I have found if you have run into it building your site, they have a video for it. Also recently participated in a 3 day live free YouTube challenge which provided loads of insights and launched many of us into jumpstarting our You Tube presence. The people at Zenler are friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend it enough.

Great product. Their prices are very fair and the site is very easy to use. Much easier than other similar companies. I'm very happy with their service.

We recently had a death in the family for one of our team members and as a result we did not get our renewal payment information properly entered. The NZ team was understanding and allowed us to keep our plan and make our payment given the circumstances. We continue to be happy with our investment with NZ not just for the site we have but the service we receive.

Zenler is the most amazing tool for Online Course Creators. I spend 3 weeks researching on Zenler before I actually purchased the Zenler Pro Version.

And, Honestly, it was totally worth it.

First timer to all in one platforms. Easier than WP, amazing customer service, email support responds within 24 hours or less, extensive comprehensive step by step library of tutorials. Love Pro that I can have 3 websites with same features each, not split between the 3 for one price! Pro includes Zoom, so I can cancel my paid Zoom plan and save, Same with email service providers to use NZ’s and funnels. Also has streaming.
Email automation has pre-built examples, making it easy for first time users like me, I’m not very tech savvy and I’m in my 50’s.
It has been fun, not stressful setting up my sites.
The private Facebook group is a gem. Members offer their feedback and experience to help others.
New Zenler staff and instructors are AMAZING! They are available there as well to answer questions in office hours, and webinars by Alice and team. She is fabulous! Offers social media marketing tips I didn’t even know about! David’s experience with teaching shows in tutorials.
If you read Rakesh’s story-the founder, it aligns with mine, and it shows. Yes, affiliate commissions are great, but building a community and caring for your costumers truly shows.
While they are still working on adding more functions and features, I find it works fine for me.
I use it for memberships, and will create courses, too.
I’m so happy I joined NZ, it feels like being part of a community, not just a platform.

Finding New Zenler was wonderful. As much as I loved Kajabi it was too expensive for me. New Zenler amazingly has more capabilities than Kajabi and is very intuitive to use. The people in my Membership love it because there is direct access to the Membership and they find it easy to navigate. All the tutorials are very helpful as is the private Facebook group. It has been a good decision to switch!!
