After asking several times how to use my store credit from a return, I followed the instructions exactly and still the expected pop up of my store credit didn’t appear and I was charged full price on that purchase. Turns out, my store credit hadn’t been connected to my email. You had my name, address and credit card numbers. I had been assured my returned was received.I pled for a refund instead of credit, and eventually, they gave me a full refund.

Sending the box back didn’t know I was going to be charged 45.00 a month for the next one. I just wanted to try it to see if it works. Cannot afford this a month. Called customer service and was able to resolved the issue Cxl the box and very happy with the service. Go ahead and order it and get your spirits up

This was my first box and it was literally wonderful for an introduction to what lies ahead. If the boxes remain as good or better than this one I will def keep the 5 star rating. I have been with mindful souls boxes for over a year, and have been not so happy after month 6 or 7... But I have faith that the feeling I had when I opened my box yesterday will be there every time! TY so much for being there for people that need the internal change!!! Love and light!!!

Being forced to continue receiving for 24 months is outrageous and wrong. You can’t even pause the subscription or cancel until after 24 months. If I knew this I never would have have signed up.There are much better services out there that are less expensive and don’t hold you to them for 2 years.

The merchandise was nice. I love the bracelet and the stones and the rocks. Very happy with all that stuff.
