I ordered two Glide-On Waterproof Kajal Eyeliners and a Traceless Matte Foundation Repair Stick from Zena. They claimed to be U.S-based, but everything shipped from China. I only received one eyeliner, and it smeared all over my face. The second item was actually a lip liner. The foundation stick was a counterfeit from Derol (sold on Amazon for $9.99), but I was charged $16.07.

When I requested a return under their “satisfaction guarantee,” they denied it and stopped responding. Misleading products and terrible customer service. Beware.

If i could give zero stars I would. this comapany is fraudulent, does not send what they are advertising and I found the product for 4 times less than what i paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried to request a refund which was denied and my order could no longer be found on their website. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Product is faulty, no reply to emails, finally got them through FB messenger, when I requested a refund they blocked me. Have reported to FB

Just received my eyeliner. It came in packaging that says Zena. The box the eyeliner is in says Dragon Ranee. They do not respond to messages on instagram.

Update- they denied my refund stating I used the product when I have not. They blocked me on tik tok. I think their videos are stolen from other content creators. The whole brand is a scam.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Tried cancelling before my order was delivered and was refused. Then received my order, I didn’t open it and asked them for a refund and I was refused again. Then I tried again and they still refused. Ended up going through the bank for a refund! Products that were delivered were labelled as a different brand. Awful customer service and awful company. DO NOT BUY

Ordered zena/serenade received totally different brand and color. Very misleading.

Liar liar pants on fire! AVOID at all costs…. Mainly your money. Tracking says delivered when parcel has not. No reply from company. Conning fookers boil my pee!!!!!

Ordered three of the same products and one additional.
None of them are the products advertised and the three that are supposedly the same came in three different packets. I've not opened so they are still sealed and I've asked for a refund and return. Not good enough.

Totally wrong products arrived. One is a brand Focallure and at least resembles the image on their website, the other is a third smaller and is by MLSmile and looks completely different to product. Also has a different number colour on it. These just look like cheap Chinese knock offs, very much doubt their claims of vegan safe etc.

If I could I would give it no stars!!! Different label on the packaging, as for smudge proof an water proof, absolute garbage, went all smudge an was running from the rain. Don't waste your money on this product, total let down!

Terrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They sent the wrong product then refused to correct their error. The quality is shockingly bad! Eyeshadow just spreads everywhere and you can’t remove it easily!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a glitter eye shadow stick. The picture on their website of the product shows Zena on it. What I got has a different name on it. When I apply it to my eyes it doesn't stay. It fades in less than an hour to nothing. I have emailed them 2 times and have gotten no response. I have since seen only negative reviews for this company.

My package has not been delivered. Tracking says delivery attempted but that is untrue. Have emailed Zena makeup twice with no response. Do not trust this company with your money

I didnt receive the products/colours of eye shadow that I ordered. They are also not the Zena brand as shown in the advertisement or even the same brand as each other. They are poor quality and a waste of money.

Bought a glitter eyeshadow stick from the Zena Makeup website. Brand on product received was not “Zena”. Brand on packaging said MLSMILE, which is a cheaper product. Pictures & videos with reviews on the website and TikTok clearly show a Zena makeup brand on the product. Buyers beware! They are not selling what they are advertising.

Like many others below. Its been 9 days and heard nothing. Emailed and no response. Tracking doesn't update. Feel company is complete scam too and I stupidly believed the online hype. Will be requesting refund from.bank.

Took a leap of faith and order two gold eye shadows for presents. Two months later, with good not received, I contacted them twice for tracking and then refund information. No response. ZERO customer service. Eventually refunded by bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If i could give no stars I would. Ordered Zena coral eye shadow, paid £11 they took my money, took forever to deliver and it arrived used and empty. They refused a refund asked for pictures sent pictures never responded. Says Zena on box and empty chinese used product inside. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

How I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering! 😞 I ordered 3 eyeshadow sticks and an eyeliner on January 1st of this year and have never received anything. Contacting the company is seemingly worthless as you won’t get a reply. I thought the shadows looked beautiful in their advertising so I ordered for a friend’s birthday (that has long since passed.). I realize now that this is a fraudulent company and I was scammed. Those that have received their orders are saying the products are absolute trash. I truly don’t understand how places like this can operate and gladly take people’s hard-earned money. I wouldn’t be able to live with myself…it’s straight up theft.
