Zen is impeccable with there customer client service, with there well trained staffs on hand to always be of help, quick response with detailed information of enquiries, and even when things seems not to be working out due to there sourcing, they will take it upon themselves to find the solution to this on your behalf, they are like the army, never leaving a customer behind!!!

I have dealt with ZenAuto a number of times during my two year Lease. Each time my enquiry has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication has been easy to establish with email contact being quickly responded to, usually within one day. Contact has been professional and very efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend ZenAuto as a reliable, efficient and trustworthy Lease Company.

Leasing a car can be quite daunting, but luckily I came across ZenAuto. answered all my email questions quickly, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I no doubt will use them again when my current lease comes to an end.

4 years now with zen and am in harmony ...hassle free leasing, ease of website and good communication will use again if they remain competitive and don't get greedy

Before I even start this review, I would like my contact within ZenAuto, Rizwaan Moghal to have this reviewed shared with him and his superiors so he can be and should be acknowledged.

This is my first ever car and it was very important for a novice like me to understand my best options on how to get a car.

I approached and contacted Rizwaan about wanting to get a car and he gave me tons of advise and information on leasing and its benefits in the current climate spanning over good couple of days and hours.

Once I made my mind up, I advised him of my budget and the kind of car I needed. Throughout the entire time (three months) prior to receiving my car, he kept updating me with what ZenAuto had would be suitable for me and my family.

Rizwaan would always make time to answer any questions or queries I had regarding the leasing with such understanding and care knowing I was an absolute novice with leasing and cars in general. He would make me fully understand and processed the answer to my questions and queries.

Rizwaan made sure that everything went smoothly and also made sure that my initial payment was correct and reached to the relevant team to make sure the correct amount was taken.

Rizwaan's knowledge of cars, job and industry was truly remarkable and due to him more than ZenAuto, I agreed to lease my first car.

ZenAuto topped this off with their communication about every step off the way and not using jargon and fun words, sentences and phrases within their emails which was really impressive and cool.

Rizwaan is an absolute credit to the business and an absolute asset to the company and should be appreciated/rewarded accordingly.

Your employees are the face off your company and to have employees like Rizwaan is what makes ZenAuto stand out.

It's always great to speak to zenauto team they are very pleasant and are very helpful with any problems you may have

Once you have the car you’re on your own. Zen don’t answer all their emails (or they send useless standard replies), don’t phone back as promised, lie that they have emailed or tell you they didn’t get them. Unsupportive to issues and don’t help with problems with the car; refer you to a garage or insurance company, even though they own the car!
I chose to lease so that I wasn’t the car owner. Never again!
I have complained and they HAVE admitted they were at fault which caused delays in contacting me and ultimately the car collection. BUT the £80 compensation doesn’t cover my costs and whilst they have been looking at the complaint it has delayed further the car collection and incurring more cost to me. Pointless to complain to their internal department!
I see Zen have said in many responses to be in touch so they can improve service….They are not interested in improving service as they think how they are is good enough.
I have heard “I’m sorry to hear that” and “we will reach out” too many times.
I will never use them again.

Gave my car back in immaculate condition after 4 years, with about half the eligible mileage used. They came back and said I would be charge £628 for some minor scratches that would be T cut out, initial inspection on my drive was all clear. I disputed this but they then illegally took the money from my bank account. This is illegal and basic theft. Be very aware - crooks

Our first ever lease car. Very straightforward to order. Car delivered quickly and as described. A good deal.

Riz was very helpful, returning calls as he had promised, sending information by email, ensuring that I had received and understood them and answering some questions that I had. Now all I need is my car but, as has been clearly explained to me, delivery is a couple of months away. Never mind, walking will do me good!

This is now my 3rd car with Zen Auto. I have nothing but great service from everyone I contacted, nothing was ever too much trouble even though I must have tested Angela’s patience with the amount of quotes that I asked her to do. She was helpful & cheerful throughout.
