Zea has been nothing but great! Getting to use his stuff in FDRP has been a blast, any problem at all he is quickly there. I had a problem with the ladder spawning into the bay door and bugging out (totally my fault but didn't know better yet) and he came promptly and gave me the insight needed to ensure it doesn't happen again. He has a excellent attitude and provides excellent scripts for 5M!

It has been a major contribution to our roleplay within the server. The smoothness of the ladder movements, and syncing of the aerials have been groundbreaking to our roleplay. From smartladder previously being the only options with its choppy, unsynced movements, we have been left no choice but to always use the ladder dummys, holding "H". This has been groundbreaking for us. Now we are able to actually set outriggers, autolevel to operate on level surfaces, reach realistic heights with the aerial instead of only as high as your camera can go, operate water monitors synced, use tower ladders to reach roofs to ventilate, and rescue victims. It has been absolutely game-changing to the immersive levels our community can now reach thanks to Zea Development and his contributions to us.

Just spent a bit of time speaking to Charlie from team Zea Development as I was struggling with some z_ELS configuration.

Not only did Charlie convert some older files for me to work with the latest version of ELS, he also spent a fair amount of time answering my questions, and talking me through the steps.

Can’t thank him enough for this and it just shows that they have a very knowledgeable and approachable team.

Support was nice and Friendly, the issue wasent resolved but it wasent their foult so Support Nice and friendly nothing to complain 😁

A support ticket was opened in November. The errors were described in detail with screenshots and videos. They promised quick support, but in the meantime, another script was revised. They kept putting me off. Several months later, they said that there would be a new script.

Just bought z_ELS Very Happy with the Script and How Staff was able to help me very quickly

Unfortunately, my experience with support was disappointing. A very simple configuration error was not identified, even though it should have been easy to spot. On top of that, it took a long time before anyone responded to my request. When I finally received a reply, I was told that they could not help, which was frustrating given the simplicity of the issue. Overall, the support was slow and not very helpful.

Helped me a lot with trying to fix my Z-ELS. We spent over 2 hours trying to fix it. Even though we weren't able to they still helped me a lot.

These guys are second to none for support! Their scripts are every bit as good and better than other over priced scripts that do similar.
The support team though are amazing and I have never had an issue they were unable to fix and also spend time just being polite. Honestly you will not find better developers
